Description

The 'Facility for Automated Intelligent Monitoring of Marine Systems' (FAIMMS) is a facility of the Australian 'Integrated Marine Observing System' (IMOS) project. This data set was collected by the FAIMMS Great Barrier Reef Sensor Network and contains data from the following sensor deployments:

There have been 2 deployments for the Depth data set.

Instrumentation was deployed for measuring Depth at 5.9m from 08 May 2012 through to 14 Nov 2012, and the installation was located at/on Davies Reef Sensor Float 5 Latitude:-18.81872 - Longitude:147.65244. Sensor deployed was a Seabird SBE37-IM MicroCat CTD with Pressure manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model 37IMP.
