This dataset was derived by the Bioregional Assessment Programme. The source datasets are identified in the Lineage field in this metadata statement. The processes undertaken to produce this derived dataset are described in the History field in this metadata statement.

This dataset contains an extract of the Betts Creek Beds and equivalent (Blackwater Group) surface geology units from the QLD_GEOLOGY_2012_EDN_ROCK_UNIT shapefile within the Queensland geology and structural framework - GIS data July 2012 (GUID: 69da6301-04c1-4993-93c1-4673f3e22762) dataset.
