Description

The 'Facility for Automated Intelligent Monitoring of Marine Systems' (FAIMMS) is a facility of the Australian 'Integrated Marine Observing System' (IMOS) project. This data set was collected by the FAIMMS Great Barrier Reef Sensor Network and contains data from the following sensor deployments:

Instrumentation was deployed for measuring Depth at 5.7m from 10 Jun 2010 through to 26 Nov 2010, and the installation was located at/on Orpheus Island Relay Pole 1 Latitude:-18.55998 - Longitude:146.48955. Sensor deployed was a Seabird SBE39-IM with Pressure manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model 39IM.

Instrumentation was deployed for measuring Depth at 5.8m from 01 Dec 2010 through to 19 Mar 2011, and the installation was located at/on Orpheus Island Relay Pole 1 Latitude:-18.55998 - Longitude:146.48955. Sensor deployed was a Seabird SBE39-IM with Pressure manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model 39IM.

Instrumentation was deployed for measuring Depth at 14.6m from 17 Nov 2011 through to 13 Aug 2017, and the installation was located at/on Orpheus Island Relay Pole 1 Latitude:-18.55998 - Longitude:146.48955. Sensor deployed was a Seabird SBE37-IM MicroCat CTD with Pressure manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model 37IMP.
