Description

'Australian National Moorings Network' (ANMN) is a facility of the Australian 'Integrated Marine Observing System' (IMOS) project. This data set was collected by the ANMN sub-facility 'National Reference Systems' (NRS) and contains data from the following sensor deployments:

Instrumentation was deployed for measuring Hail Intensity from 12 Feb 2010 through to 23 Jun 2010, and the installation was located at/on Darwin NRS Buoy - OLD Latitude:-12.33731 - Longitude:130.6961.

Instrumentation was deployed for measuring Hail Intensity from 03 Jul 2010 through to 04 Jan 2012, and the installation was located at/on Darwin NRS Buoy - OLD Latitude:-12.33731 - Longitude:130.6961. Sensor deployed was a Vaisala WXT510/WXT520 Weather Transmitter manufactured by Vaisala, model WXT510.

Instrumentation was deployed for measuring Hail Intensity from 13 Jan 2012 through to 27 Aug 2012, and the installation was located at/on Darwin NRS Buoy - OLD Latitude:-12.33731 - Longitude:130.6961.

Instrumentation was deployed for measuring Hail Intensity from 04 Sep 2012 through to 28 Jun 2013, and the installation was located at/on Darwin NRS Buoy - OLD Latitude:-12.33731 - Longitude:130.6961. Sensor deployed was a Vaisala WXT520 Weather Transmitter manufactured by Vaisala, model WXT520.

Instrumentation was deployed for measuring Hail Intensity from 28 Jun 2013 through to 31 Jan 2014, and the installation was located at/on Darwin NRS Buoy - OLD Latitude:-12.33731 - Longitude:130.6961. Sensor deployed was a Vaisala WXT510/WXT520 Weather Transmitter manufactured by Vaisala, model WXT510.
