Public consultation regarding the Galleries Customer Satisfaction Survey 2021 ran from Friday 16 April 2021 to Friday 14 May 2021, which gathered valuable community feedback on satisfaction and utilisation of our gallery spaces.
This report identifies and captures all feedback associated with the consultation and serves as a public document to close the loop on the engagement process.
